I represent both sellers and buyers.  It's specially challenging for buyers that are purchasing their first home in Los Angeles.  There are many price ranges and pockets of the city to be considered.  Knowing the markets comes in handy when working with clients that are relocating to Los Angeles.  I make every effort to expose my clients to the potential locations that are suited to their life styles and needs. 
This knowlege becomes equality as important when I'm representing sellers.  Knowing the markets and who you are selling to and marketing to is key.

On investment projects both personal and for clients,  I have worked extensively on practical home design projects geared to today's buyer.  Delivering great design and function is very rewarding.

I am lucky to work on projects around the city where I can work with vintage structures.  My approach is to salvage what is serviceable and give it new life.  When I have the opportunity to change elements that are not original to the home I look for solutions that would fit the orginal architecture. I focus on current needs and use of homes and look into  future use when making changes.
